Mint Pita Chips

Serves 8


4 pita rounds, each cut into 8 triangles
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped fine


Preheat oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet, place pita triangles, drizzle with olive oil, cumin, and mint. Season with salt, and mix well to coat pita. Place in oven, and back until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes.
