Porkloin And Potatoes With Rosemary, Leeks & Cream

Serves 1-2

INGREDIENTS

1-2 servings porkloin, sliced
¼ medium yellow onion, chopped fine
1 Yukon potato, chopped
1 leek, chopped
3 tablespoons cream
Several sprigs rosemary

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 400ËšF degrees

Place sliced pork loin on prepared foil.  Top with onion, potato, leek, cream, and top with several sprigs of rosemary.

Wrap and bake for about 25 minutes, or until pork is cooked all the way through.
