Tapenade Aioli


Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon capers, drained
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup mayonnaise

Directions

In a mixing bowl mix together all ingredients until smooth. Serve atop a herby beef burger!
