INGREDIENTS

1 c chopped red basil
3 cloves of garlic
½ c mayonnaise
1 tsp salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Blend together with a hand held processor until all ingredients  form a smooth paste.

Serve on sandwiches, burgers, meats and fish.
