Savory Black Pepper & Basil Glaze

Makes ½ cup


1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 -2 teaspoons black peppercorns, cracked medium
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons pesto
2 tablespoons olive oil


Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a low simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until mixture is loose and mixed.
