Makes 2 cups mustard
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Smutty Nose Baltic Porter (New Hampshire) or any rich porter beer
1 cup malt vinegar
¾ cup brown mustard seeds
3 tablespoons dry mustard
¼ cup maple syrup
