1-2 fuyu persimmons, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped fine
1 teaspoon cinnamon, freshly grated
1 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
2 tablespoons raw sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons half and half
