2-3 cloves garlic
1 medium yellow onion
2 medium vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup chicken stock or water
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon salt
