For serving with Rhubarb-Thyme Crisp

Makes approximately 1 cup

Ingredients

1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon orange zest
¾ cup heavy cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until thick and creamy.
