Apple Bit Créme Fraiche

Makes 1½ cups


1 cup créme fraiche
1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped superfine
2 tablespoons apple cider
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper


Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
