Preserved Lemon-Chili Chimichurri Meatballs

Ingredients
1 to 2 garlic cloves
¼- ½ cup preserved lemons
1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 long red chili, deseeded and chopped, superfine
⅓ cup champagne vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
2 pounds ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
