Makes Â½ cup dried fruit
1 cup blackberries
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 225Â° F. Mix ginger and honey in a small bowl. Brush liquid mixture over berries evenly, and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in oven for 4 to 5 hours or until dried through. Store in an airtight container up to 4 weeks.
