INGREDIENTS
3 c cubed cooked potatoes
1 c chopped radishes
1 c chopped celry
½ c chopped red onions
½ c chopped carrots
¼ c chopped dill
½ c chopped lovage
1 c crème fresh
Juice of 1 lemon
1 T FreshGrated horseradish
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp celry seeds
3 T champagne vinegar
Salt/pepper

PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl mix dill, lovage, crème fresh,mustard, mustard sees, celery seeds, vinegar and salt and pepper. In another large mixing bowl mix all potatoes and vegetables. Mix together with dressing and sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
