INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon sage, chopped fine
2 Tablespoon oregano, chopped fine
2 Tablespoon marjoram, chopped fine
¼ cup yellow onion chopped fine
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1 can 8 oz chipotle peppers packed in adobe
1 can 8 oz plain tomato sauce
Juice and zest of 1 navel orange
Juice and zest of 1 lime
2 ripe mangoes chopped fine
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients in a blender and pulsate until almost smooth. Use for BBQ ribs, hamburgers, pulled pork, or steaks!
