INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
½ bunch scallions, white parts only, trimmed
A ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into large pieces
Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup water
DIRECTIONS
Combine the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended.
