Orange Lavender Flower Syrup


½ cup honey
1 cup water
¼ cup turbinado sugar
1 tablespoon lavender flowers
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped


In a small sauce pan, whisk the honey, water, sugar and herbs together while bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, take off heat and allow to cool.
