INGREDIENTS

1/2 c mint
½ cup parsley
2 cloves garlic
½ cup olive oil
¼ c pine nuts
½ c parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

PREPARATION

For the pesto, blend1/2 c mint and ½ cup parsley with 2 cloves garlic, ½ cup olive oil, ¼ c pine nuts, ½ c parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Serve over grilled lamb chops.
