Dried Strawberry Lime Salt

Makes ½ cup
An amazing little salt garnish for a plethora of desires, most importantly making the rim of you margaritas a tasty treat.
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 tablespoon dried strawberries, crushed into dust
½ cup pink Himalayan coarse sea salt (maldon salt ok as well)

½ tablespoon lime zest
2 tablespoons smoked alder salt
Lime wedge
1½ ounce tequila (Centenario Rosangel)
¾ ounce Cointreau
¾ ounce fresh lime juice

Frozen Mango Margaritas

Makes 1 pitcher
3 ripe mangoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
Zest of 2 limes
1⁄3 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 15 limes
1½ cups Cointreau Triple Sec
2 cups tequila blanco
Coarse salt
