INGREDIENTS
20 cherry tomatoes halved
1 ounce plain soft goat cheese
¼ c chopped basil
¼ c chopped parsly
¼ c chopped chives
1 T olive oil
Juice of a half of lemon
Salt/pepper
PREPARATION
Mix cheese and herbs and olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon cheese moisture onto the tops of the cherry tomatoes.
