Heirloom Tomato Pico de Gallo

Makes 3 cups


2 cups heirloom cherry tomatoes, chopped fiine
½ cup white onion, chopped very fine
½ cup red bell peppers, chopped very fine
½ cup cilanro leaves
1-2 jalapeño peppers, chopped fine and deseeded
1 teaspoon cumin
Juice of 3-4 limes


Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Add salt to taste.
