Heirloom Tomato Pico de Gallo


Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

2 cups heiloom cherry tomatoes, chopped fine
½ cup white onion, chopped very fine
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped very fine
½ cup cilnatro leaves
1-2 jalapeño peppers, chopped fine and deseeded
1 teaspoon cumin
Juice of 3-4 limes
Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Add salt to taste.
