Pineapple and Mint

INGREDIENTS

2 cups fresh pineapple, skin removed, cubed
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350ËšF degrees

Place pineapple and mint in bowl, and stir well.  Transfer mint coated pineapple and juices to prepared foil.

Wrap and bake for 10 minutes
