Roasted Peppers on the Grill


Makes 4 servings.

INGREDIENTS

4 bell peppers colors optional
RED, YELLOW and ORANGE

PREPARATION

Place wholepeppers on gas grill and rotate as the outsides get charred black.  When totally black place in brown paper bag until cool about a half hour.  Take peppers and under running water peel of skin and take out the seeds and stems.  Peppers are now ready for use for a number of ideas, roasted pepper humus, roasted red pepper salad, roasted red pepper dressing etc.
