Fresh fruit pairs beautifully with all sorts of fresh herbs…here’s some combos we think go together like peas in a pod.  After you cooked your fresh fruit concoctions, top them with fresh ricotta, serve with a cheese plate, and of course they’ll pair smashinly with ice cream or sorbet!
