Orzo Marjoram Pasta Salad


Makes 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups cooked orzo pasta
½ cup chopped calamata olives
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped fresh marjoram
1 teaspoon lemon zest
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
½ cup crumbled feta cheese

PREPARATION

Mix together all ingredients except cheese and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
Just before serving, add cheese and mix gently.
