Rosemary Plum Syrup

Makes 2 cups


3 tablespoons rosemary leaves
½ cup sugar
1 cup water
2 ripe plums, pitted and chopped


Combine the rosemary, sugar, water and plums in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for about five minutes. Take off heat, cool and blend until smooth.
