Makes approx 1 ½ cups
INGREDIENTS
1 c Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons mint, chopped
Juice of 2 limes and zest of 1
1 tablespoon curry powder
Salt/pepper
PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl blend all ingredients together with a whisk.
Serve over Cauliflower salad, use for curry chicken salad or with a fresh pea salad.
