Makes approximately 4 cups
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
½ cup rolled wheat flakes
½ cup rolled rye flakes
¼ cup fiber one cereal
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup dates, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sweet vanilla dried strawberries
Directions
In a large mixing bowl combine oats, wheat and rye flakes, fiber one, sunflower seeds, dates, salt and dried strawberries. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
